Please type your full name if you understand and agree with the following: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your date. We do allow split payments. However, your event must be paid in full by two weeks before your event date. If your event is less than one month away, your payment is due in full at the time of booking. The price does not include applicable 6% VA taxes and may be subject to a mileage fee ($1.25 per mile after 20 miles).

We need a paved pathway, and we cannot roll the cart through dirt or gravel. • If your event is not on the first floor, elevator access is required. We cannot take the cart up stairways. • If your event is outdoor, we should be placed in an area that is protected from the rain, as we use electrical appliances for most carts. We reserve the right to stop serving and protect our appliances if the rain poses a threat of damage to the appliances. • We require a power supply for most carts. We require a power supply for most carts. Your event location must have power if requesting the Ice Cream Cart, Mini Pancake Cart, Waffle Stick Cart, Popcorn Cart and Movie Night Cart. If not, an extra $100 fee will be charged for using our generator.
